Today Drew, Aven and I attended the end of the year award ceremony at Emma's school, Bolton Academy. I can NOT believe that first grade is over!! Ahhhhh. Where did the time go?!
Emma got several awards, the Accelerated Reader Award, Honor Roll Award and some award for highest class GPA.
When the bus pulled up at the end of our driveway this afternoon, she about fell off the bus because she was so excited to show me her trophy. She was screaming, "I got my very first trophy!" Her excitement about life is so contagious.
I'm so very proud of you Emma! You are brilliant and you surprise me more and more everyday!!
